A delicious and authentic German dinner, complete with live music marked this traditional German feast.
The Black Forest Cafe has just obtained its licence, and so there was German wine and beer to complete the celebration
The author's roast duck was every bit as yummy as it looks in the accompanying photo. Desserts (for those that still had room after the satisfying mains) finished off the evening on a sweet note. Offerings ranged from Black Forest Cake, Apple strudel to crepes with a lovely filling of honey, banana and walnut. Add good company to the mix, and it is no surprise that lots of fun was had by all.
